Once you realize Matt Gaetz and Donald Trump aren’t being prosecuted, HR1 isn’t getting passed and there is nothing any of us can do at this point to change it you can find peace.
I am there. It isn’t exactly nihilism. It is more like accepting we are an ant who has no control.
Well life is way way better there. We don’t have to hem and haw about Cinema or Joe Manchin. I can just live a fully wholesome life and if you assholes fuck it up get fucked.

I remember now what happened when I did the Pepsi Challenge. I picked the one I thought was Pepsi to make them happy and maybe get on TV - the less carbonated, sweeter one. It turned out I picked Coke.
It’s probably not hard. Buy a bunch of Coke, let it sit in a hot warehouse for a year. Serve next to just canned Pepsi. Or some other non-invasive way to make the Coke less carbonated.
The second I saw that the default for all transactions was public I instantly deleted Venmo. And I’m one of the least privacy-obsessed people I know. Fucking millennials. But it’s COOLER than your Dad’s old paypal!
I don’t even blame Gaetz for being an idiot. Who could conceive that a payment app would broadcast your transactions to the whole world? How did that even happen?
