Aren’t there laws against selling beer online?
Really? Canada has much stricter liquor laws and I can order beer online from most craft brewers for delivery.
Covid may have created some changes in liquor laws too.
@spidercrab would know for sure, especially since I seem to remember that he occasionally buys beer online. Maybe I’m remembering wrong, but either way, he should know.
My favorite local brewery had a limit of 1 can per beer when it went on sale last year and the gf thought I was nuts going down for just 1

I think online alcohol sales is totally state dependent. Some places allow wine, others don’t, some allow beer, some don’t. I am guessing Utah allows neither nor any hard liquor.
Yea I’ve bought alcohol online, wine mostly. Wine distributors would only ship to certain states.
I also place pickup orders from my local brew shop pretty regularly, but maybe that’s different than delivery.

I can’t believe I thought DeSantis had a shot, I’m embarrassed. Good God. When your candidate has to deny that he eats pudding with his fingers you are fucked, that is politics 101.
He can’t even give an unequivocal denial! When you are a politician and someone asks you “Do you eat pudding with your fingers like some kind of sick fucking weirdo?”, your answer is “Hell no, what are you even talking about?” You don’t say “Uhhhhh, I don’t remember? Maybe when I was a kid?”

He has the potential to flame out really fast. There’s a two term limit for Governor. To make it to the Senate, he’d have to primary one of the incumbents, Scott or Rubio. Does he go back to Congress? Boring!! So it would seem like now is his time to run for President. But I agree. It’s looking bleak for him. He has zero personality. And the cult is just too strong still. They’ll go elsewhere when Trump is dead. And maybe not even then.
