Her definition of “woke” describes a fictional villain. No one serious suggests that ALL disparity is due to discrimination. Every “woke” person I’ve met believes that SOME disparity is due to discrimination, and that’s bad and should be acknowledged and addressed.

Im pretty confident there are slaves in my lineage. My 23 and me has me as 35% north african, and im 50% Puerto Rican which had its fair share of both african slaves and African freedmen in the early 1800s

I mean, we can read the information on their website.
They don’t say ALL inequities are a result of racism or institutional bias. Even the most “extreme” WOKE group/policy we can think of doesn’t claim what the conservative person made up about what woke people think.
