Yes, actually getting all the idle wealth back into circulation would probably have a pretty significant economic impact. Iād much rather our government āwasteā money on stupid shit, because at least at the end of the day a decent chunk of it goes to middle class government employees/contractors than have it sit in some offshore account or whatever the fuck people with 8+ figures of wealth do with their shit, I legitimately have no idea.
