I have zero contact with these kinds of people but how do they possibly explain stuff like the multiple stories about black homeowners who had their appraisals double when they replaced their photos with those of white families? I can’t imagine.
“Fake news”, “Isolated incident”, etc. I’m sure the bullshit possibilities are numerous.

The road we’re going down, all you’ll need is a picture of a black family in your house and they’ll be petrified to appraise it below contract. The only people who will appraise below contract are white people–it’s called AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.”
…are two easy strategies. Raising more injustices causes the right to dig in their heals, not reconsider their positions.
