the derps are leaning heavily on “he had a warrant”… but the cop didnt know that, he just tried to hero stop some guy that was speeding and increased the danger to everyone around.

Jfc that video is incredible. Both of those cops should be charged with attempted murder. Just blasting away blindly from a distance for literally no reason other than the one cop getting spooked by an acorn. This shit is infuriating. Even if you comply completely with the police, prove you are no threat to them, get checked for weapons, and get cuffed in their vehicle, they still might just decide to end your life because they can.
It should be interesting to see how someone can be legitimately scared of someone handcuffed and locked in a box after they themselves made sure they had no weapons on them.
And yet, they will 100% be cleared of any wrong-doing because of their “reasonable” fear of imminent death or great bodily harm. Fun!

I don’t blame the other officer as much. If your partner yells shots fired and I’m hit it would be reasonable to start shooting yourself…however I would want to know what I was shooting at. She just started shooting without identifying a target.
She’s just as bad as he is, he’s shooting at their police cruiser. That’s so absurd you have to think twice about it.
I’m not excusing her behaviour, but it’s only like 30% as bad as him.
Is he working as a law enforcement officer somewhere else yet? Or is just gonna take a few months of vacation first?
