The menu thing is 80% accurate. Every now and then a place takes their reuben very seriously and it sucks. But usually it’s at least passable. Then again you’re a bigger food snob than me. 
But it’s almost never good if it’s at the bottom of the section like an afterthought.
Btw my ex said these things killed her grandpa. He would sneak out of the house to get them long after the doctor told him to cut out unhealthy food. Then he had a heart attack.
Her grandma said she’d rather he sneak out to cheat on her than to eat these.

I do have a local place that does have my favorite sandwich.
Country fried pork chop topped with country ham, bacon, a fried egg and pepper jack cheese. Served on a toasted Kaiser roll.

I’ve been eating bagels like four days a week last few weeks. On a real kick right now. No lox though lol.
My standard lunch is a sliced asiago bagel, each half topped with sliced turkey, ham, or roast beef, and a slice of Swiss cheese, and baked.
Bonus: a slice of Swiss baked until crispy.
I was wrong. Turns out it was this that killed her grandfather.
Hard to blame him. Maybe it was this that gave him life.
Makes more sense. Those things are awesome.
Happy to report that Tortas Frontera at O’Hare remains an elite sandwich shop and obviously the best airport food available.

What is that sauce you are using to adulterate the sacred simplicity of the Cuban sandwich?

I think it was just the tomatillo salsa, but whatever it was it was perfection.
Also, that menu is either out of date or subject to availability. Almost certainly would have gotten the carnitas or barbacoa if they had been available.

In Mexico a Cubano is a slightly different (and also amazing) thing.
