America needs 534 more AOCs in Congress. She gets it in a way I don’t think anyone else in the Capitol building does.

There were moments in that Netflix doco that made my jaw drop.
Some of those debate moments were legit counterpunch knockouts.
In a presidential debate she would absolutely destroy people at “your mom should run” level but with actual content added.
Yeah there’s a lot going on behind the scenes that she does absurdly well. A lot of people on this forum think being a leader is mostly about saying the right stuff and believing in the right stuff… but in real life it’s also about making hundreds of tiny everyday micro decisions well. AOC is good at the former and the latter. She’s got hardware and software vastly better than even above average politicians.
There’s a reason why the right wing is so dedicated to trying to destroy her… she’s the kind of politician that actually changes people’s minds, and they’ve turned their core voters brains to mush. To say they are suggestible is a massive understatement… and they know it.
