Even that super heavy duty zinc oxide shit mountaineers use? That protects from the blazing sun and reflections on glaciers and at high altitude so it seems like it should work for you.

The problem is I sweat like a fountain. So whatever I use washes off fairly quickly, and you have to wait until you dry off to re-apply.

But I do have plans to use the zinc stuff, re-apply often, and wear a darth vader/old Korean lady face shield thing when I go back out.

Looking for it I’m seeing van life people everywhere. 24hr fitness parking lot in Lakewood probably has at least 4 people living in vehicles. 4 likely vans and a couple possible SUVs.

They won’t help with the heat but head wraps used by fly fishing guides would protect your face. They dip them in water and put them back on repeatedly during the day to cool off.

A bunch of teens already go to bed well before 11 p.m. Pacific time. They’re just on the East Coast. But in the article they say “Simply going to bed earlier is not a realistic option for most teens.”

I’m not a sleep expert, so there must be something I’m missing here.
