A federal grand jury returned a superseding indictment today against Michael Avenatti in the SDNY case in which he is charged with attempting to extort millions from Nike, per court filings. The superseder drops the conspiracy charges & adds 1 count of honest services wire fraud

The point is, he’s going to go to jail.

I cannot even comprehend injecting this shit into your brain several hours a day. It’s like that scene from Clockwork Orange only oldsters are gleefully watching this maddening mind-rotting pablum.

Sounds like a legit issue, but I’m also quite confident in the ability of mankind to come up with innovative ways to kill ourselves.

I’m begging you, please do not continue with this analogy.

Unless you buy old used cars and know people who can fix them for parts and a six pack…

So the anti immigrant group FAIR (which i vaguely heard about before) keeps popping up on my twitter feed and ive been messing with people there. But i did not know Steve Miller among many others in the trump world worked with them at one time or another. Including Kellyanne Conway, Kris Kobach and some now in ICE and DHS.

Twitter really does suck taking money from racists like this. Not as bad as our government employing them…

I have some thoughts on how we can fix that problem.

I get their ads all the time. I assumed that when their political ban on ads goes into effect they would disappear.

Before people are confused. „FLEX“ is a Gernan tool brand and eponymous with its disc/ angle grinder.

You hate to see Les Nessman turn hard to the right…

Sounds like that shaft must have been pretty well hardened.

Mostly I was just throwing back to when you started asking this and a wholly separate conversation explicitly about penises sprung up as well.

This was unexpected. I never knew Lasik was dangerous

The first person I knew who got lasik (back in like 2003) ended up with worse vision and a lot of other complications and it scared me enough that I’ve never really considered it. 10%-30% complication rate sounds super concerning.
