I really wish the graph for my industry looked like that, but the really good, sharp poasters have dispersed to like 12 different platforms (the top 3 are bsky/mastodon/linkedin with a 33/33/33 split but it’s still annoying having 3 conversations about breaking news instead of one)

The annoying takeaway from that article is that business owners can get a bigger tax deduction for owning the Cybertruck than a normal sized car. Talk about a stupid part of the tax code.
And people aggressively merging in front of you isn’t some protest against your choice of vehicle, that happens to everyone. Although I do expect people take advantage of autopilot drivers in the same way they take advantage of semi trucks leaving space in front in merge scenarios.
They are on autopilot anyway, what do they care if you pull in front of them? If they cared they’d be driving the car themselves.

Ha, did not expect to see a Katie Mack tweet in here. She’s great, we hung out at an astronomy conference a few years back. I guess I should really consider opening an account at bluesky, but it pains me to admit I need to keep my twitter alive for my web3 network/jobs.

My man that’s the whole point. We live in a social-media pilled society where we no longer have to even physically defeat these guys to win, we can just use arguments and memes and a proper narrative. And you’re choosing to abdicate and sabotage the libs instead.
Mason Mallmuth is as much of nazi as Elon, and yet on his platform in a community full of right wing libertarians, FlyWf, the best poster we’ve ever had, instead of leaving the adverse environment, fought and converted the majority into Bernie Sanders loving progressives.
That’s the model to follow.
