I drank cola until 19 and then could order beer and haven’t drank any non ginger ale soft drink since (2005)

Same. Probably drank about a liter of Coke a day and then one day realized this stuff is just terrible for my body. Have never touched a cola beverage since, except rarely to have a sip of my wife’s, to be reminded of how grossly sweet it is.
