Well the g in ESG stands for governance. And a Tesla has an awful lot of really awful governance.
Sure is regrettable for TSLA shareholders that they’re forced to just go along for the ride owning pieces in what is practically a closely-held company.
In any normal public company, the board would have fired the CEO by now.
