Yes it works very well. I get really annoyed when I look at twitter on my phone, which isn’t very often.
Elon getting taxpayers to bail out Twitter is absolutely on the table.
This would require a funding bill that passes both houses of Congress and is signed by the President. That seems extremely unlikely.
