So help me understand. A company commits crimes. Who is responsible for that?
In Australian and UK law. The directors and/or senior managers are personally responsible. It would take something pretty severe, but if my company completely ignored some of the compliance stuff we needed to do, people would def go to jail.

Musk’s “correction” is also wrong. Wrong in that he’s acting like Bernie said insulin was discovered in 1923 when he said it was patented in 1923, which is true.
Recombinant insulin has been around for a long time (80s?) as well.
My uncle was diagnosed at 36 and lived to 90 all using the old insulin.
@CaffeineNeeded or others- is new and improved insulin 100 fold (or whatever the price increase is) better than old?

It we won’t let folks get old school insulin (used still in much of the world).
Not sure why, you’d think it’s off patent and someone (India) would be happy to make it as a generic.
So we can assume it’s all rigged?
It’s effectively off-patent, but the companies that make insulin are a cartel.
The cost of insulin has gone up 300% in the past ten years, if Dems weren’t incompetent they’d be pounding the table and yelling about this constantly.
