I think the charitable interpretation is that if they feel they are in the wrong they will just offer fair compensation without putting up a fight.

So I think from Elon’s tweets we can deduce that a) he doesn’t consider himself a serial offender and b) he doesn’t have any distinguishing features on his private parts OR the exposure was very brief - like a fan dancer.
There’s got to be at least one person at Tesla who’s mentioned the idea to someone else of importance that there should be a plan just in case that the pokerboom of the stock market ends and the robinhooders fleeing tesla, dropping the price to 1/10 of its price to adequate levels, doesn’t inadvertently destroy the company.
I’m quite sure anyone speaking in reality was shown the door years ago. Lol narcissists.
Dunno, my main deduction from his tweets is that he is a deranged psycho who got where he is in life the old fashioned American way, by bullying people and drinking their milkshakes.
Sure he has some minimal scientific intellect that allowed him to enter the field but the key to him becoming the richest man in the world is clearly just being a school yard bully in a super lucrative field filled with soft nerds.

There were multiple posters here defending Elon this very month for literally nothing. He is not going to have a hard time finding lawyers to bilk him for millions. I agree with what others have said that they wont be the best and brightest but as we have seen with Trump that doesn’t matter at all as long as they are aware of the fuck you so what defense.
