This is funny to me. Right before I moved to the Czech Republic, I got a rambling voice message from a dirtbag baseball player friend wondering WTF I was doing leaving Cali moving to a place he had never heard of. In the message, he specifically referred to it as Switzylvania, which I adored. I later told that story to a different friend and it became the title of a novel she was working on.

I mean like Smith had the charges dropped without prejudice I think, so he (or whoever) could start over again once Trump’s out of office, but who are we kidding here.
I actually looked and in NY they just keep indefinitely staying sentencing. Sounds like the best offer the prosecution is making is that everything goes away with zero consequences but they won’t officially overturn the charges or something. Or just postponing sentencing until lol2029. I assume they’ll just cancel everything and overturn the charges completely because lollaw lolconsequences.
Oh and I forgot to ask, he got his plane seized and properties liquidated to pay that 500 million dollar rape thing right?

Close. He instead received $15,000,000 from ABC News. EJC’s judgment was upheld in the amount of $5,000,000. Trump made 10 milly on that case(assuming he paid, which of course not) minus attorneys fees.
Imagine getting found guilty of rape and coming out ahead 10 million. Dude rocks.
