I had to think twice before clicking on that clip, knowing what he was going to say. He’s so nuts, it’s embarrassing. WTF? It’s like I’m tuning in to a highlight reel of the brain-damaged ramblings of thousands of drunk morons. God help us if this asshole gets back in White House.

I had the opposite problem. I think it was ninth grade when I did a book report on Huck Finn. I put off reading it and ended up staying up late the night before to finish it. When it came time for the report, I seemed to go on forever recapping the plot in way too much detail.
How did you handle the n word in that presentation?

IANAL, so I found this language very confusing:
the DA’s office drops this: “Shortly, we will be seeking an order to show cause why Defendant should not be held in contempt” for violating the gag order.
I interpreted it as, “The DA’s office will argue that Defendant should not be held in contempt”, which left me very puzzled. But apparently, this means that the DA will be asking the judge to force Defendant’s attorneys to show why Defendant should not be held in contempt. Which makes far more sense.
