This all checks out with what Iâve read about the defense strategy literally being to piss off the judge to the point where he makes too severe of a ruling against Trump (such as an outrageous fine or ordering him held in custody for a short period). If they can point to a pissed off irate judge, it supposedly gives them a better chance for a favorable outcome on appeal
As is always the case with Trump, he canât win on truth or facts, so he resorts to lies, hyperbole, and extreme chaos. This is whatâs worked for him his entire life
