Come on, that cop was clearly signaling “3” to someone else, probably another cop. If he was flashing a white power “W,” he would have looked at Junior and been more discreet. He’s obviously communicating something job-related to someone.

Yes, he had one of these press conferences scheduled over the summer where he was going to drop the bombshell news. It never happened.
I agree that our judicial system has gone to hell. Trump. Owns a big part of its most recent excursion though.
