While not falling off a cliff, the International/Europe numbers almost certainly are very significant changes from what would have otherwise been positive numbers.
For context, international travel to the US increased 9.1% YoY in 2024.
That also doesn’t match what I’ve seen elsewhere.
I suspect that “summer flight bookings” may not be a complete metric

kids have too many toys these days so we should throw that all away and go back to the era where the only toy you got was the ball rubber banded to the paddle and when it broke you got hit with the paddle.
I’m guessing that travel from Europe/Asia has a lag time given most people book that long in advance and are reluctant to cancel major trips. Not going to be as true with Canada where I assume lots are short driving trips/more spur of the moment.

Yeah, I hear you. I’ve made almost that point like 900 times in the last year. I think it needs to be white male, tho.
The recipe for success is
Male, White, Straight, and not Old in that order. Good looking is a bonus. That is all it takes.
The factors are in order of preference. First two are mandatory. Rest are bigly important. Good looking is just easy +EV.
