My wife (a plant biologist) is submitting a grant proposal in collaboration with a professor in a highly rated american university. Her proposal included the words ādue to climate changeā. He crossed that sentence and wrote āremove this or DOGE will pick it up. seriously, iām not jokingā.
itās really a race to the bottom of the barrel between our two countries. mine is actively engaging in genocide and iām not even sure weāre winning the race.

So you wonāt elaborate. Got it. Iām tired of these drive by shots, āhallucinateā has actual medical meaning to you and you chose the word on purpose. I think itās gross, I think youāre a coward, and I think your position as a doctor makes using terminology like this to take shots at someone is cowardly. I think that given your history of talking about how often you put people on 72 hour holds makes you a shit human being, especially given my lengthy history of discussing my mental health on this forum and others. FYI iāve had to take those discussions to private threads (which are useful to me and have been in the past) precisely because of people like you. Itās not āplaying victim,ā itās letting you know I know precisely what youāre doing and I think youāre a massive piece of shit for it, even if others donāt see it or pretend not to.
To elaborate further - youāve posted in the past you put people on involuntary holds as many as 10x a week on average. A while back I talked to some doctor friends that work ER, and learned thatās an extraordinary outlier. Now, I think youāre probably a liar, but for reference - Los Angeles county gets ~50k 72 hour holds a year per most recent data I can find, which is more than a third for the entire state. If you were a doctor in LA, youād account for nearly 1% of all of them. Thatās extraordinary! so yea you using words like this definitely has meaning and is definitely shitty from my POV, and the idea that Iām just supposed to ignore it and not respond is extremely stupid to me.
anyway Iām tired of this so Iām probably going to be proposing a solution in the moderation thread, since the moderators here have their heads so far up their own asses they could skip colonoscopy checkups for the next 30 years.
The solution is simple. Block him and never read another post he makes ever again.

To echo clovis just refusing to ever engage him seems to work other than the passive aggressive shots he still takes whether you engage or not. My forum life has been drastically improved.
