Damn, I am pissed about this. I do my taxes by mail. I vote by mail. So I really donât know how Iâm really going to do either of those things for the time being. I guess I could travel to Slovakia and mail my forms, turn it into a holiday or something. But man Slovakia sucks.

Yeah I thought it was a bit excessive too. When I told him that I would be travelling internationally back to America while recovering, it probably prompted that prescription. Was annoyed that he didnât bother prescribing ones taken orally. Got a box full of syringes to inject around my navel instead.
Maybe we should just stop electing old people who need blood thinners, show signs of dementia, or canât shake hands without bruising?

Maybe, but I donât think the blood thinners or dementia are really part of the problem. Maybe USA shouldnât elect people who were taking out full page ads calling for executing innocent black kids 36 years ago when he was 43.

not a doctor, but like to make diagnoses and it makes sense that areas exposed to trauma are more likely to suffer clotting during flight.
More likely? Sure. High enough risk to preemptively treat? Never heard of anyone doing that.
The thing is that treating a leg dvt is mostly a preventative matter. We donât care too much about clots in the leg, itâs that they can break off and go to the lungs and cause real problems.
Someone should ask Trump if he has a plan to stop school shootings once the museums are fixed.

The Department of Homeland Security is now barring states and volunteer groups that receive government funds from helping undocumented immigrants, according to a Washington Post analysis of updated guidelines and interviews with Federal Emergency Management Agency employees. The new rules also require groups to cooperate with immigration officials and enforcement operations.
