Just curious if anyone would be interested in some DnD nights - I’m pretty much a noob but familiar enough with it to get by ok. There’s almost no way I could DM though, so we’d need at least one person fairly experienced.
Roll20 makes it easy to play online, if you have not heard of it. It’s like $30 to get the full version of the game on there which is nothing and only the host needs to have it. It even has a mode where it helps you set up your character sheet and everything without you having to look anything up.
I’m thinking 2 hours is probably a good amount of time. Make it like a weekly or 2x a month thing.
The campaigns I’m looking at are more geared for people without a shitload of experience, I think you can finish most of them in between 2-4 hours but I could be wrong.
I’m also interested in doing home brew campaigns once I get the hang of it. Some UP themed ones would be pretty fun.
Yeah that would work. I think it might be neat if we could see each other. Plus it would eliminate the need for party members to have to identify themselves every time they spoke or did an action. But whatevs
I’m down for zoom. I think it’s cool to see the other people. I just think maybe there might be one or two that are shy about having a face attached to their screen name - I’m certainly not, but I get it. We could do zoom and if you dont wanna do video you dont have to.
Still probably need someone interested in dm’ing. If I do it, it’s gonna take me a few weeks to prep.
