I’d be pretty close. I’d do this deal with Donald in 2 seconds right now even though it would marginally improve his chances of getting elected.
M4A is worth a couple of SC seats and Bidens entire term. And my guess is that Trump isn’t president in 2024 no matter what.
It’s hard to calculate what I wouldn’t give up for M4A though. It’s worth 6% of GDP by itself.

Yeah even with your definition I’d be good to go. I’d ‘stop all immigration to the US’ in exchange for M4A without blinking. It’s literally the biggest issue on the table.
And that’s assuming we live in a fantasy world where ‘stop all immigration’ could actually happen. It couldn’t and wouldn’t. Immigration policy is already a crazy network of totally unenforceable laws lol. You can write whatever law you want but the flow of immigrants from central America isn’t slowing down. the only reason they aren’t crossing full illegal is that they’ve got legit asylum claims. If you closed that option down they’d cross the border illegally almost immediately in crazy numbers.
The wall would be an ecological catastrophe and an unacceptable new normal. Maybe it’s worth it for M4A.

I think your privilege on the healthcare situation is shining through here actually. You have good health insurance therefore it’s not a priority for you. I’m not surprised that this is our biggest area of disagreement seeing as the moment when Pete dropped off my board was when he went after Warren on M4A.
I think LGBT, black, and brown people are disproportionately poor and under-insured and you don’t speak for them at all and in fact have no idea what living in poverty is like. Not trying to be a dick, just pointing out the stunningly obvious.
