Laughing so hard Bernie already referring to his press secretary as former and not on the payroll.

That was one of my main bernie criticisms–a lot of bad people like that press secretary were a huge part of his campaign. I’m glad to see he’s realized what that style of politics means for the chances in 2020 for all democrats and progressives. A 7-2 court ain’t letting anything progressive fly.

How so?

Bri Joy Gray is “bad” lol? DEC wheaty

Yeah, I’ll bet former and wavering Dem reliables in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania have been glued to the twitter drama and if Sanders and his staffers don’t toe the line, they are gonna spill some tea come November, sis.

That was one of my main bernie criticisms

The only criticism I remember you ever offering was a total misconstrual of an essay he wrote like 50 years ago. You can just say “I utterly loathe everything he stands for politically”, it’s not like anyone’s fooled.

Who wrote it (March 2018 edition):

Given what’s at stake, I understand why shaming feels not only appropriate, but compulsory. It’s an inclination I share and sympathize with.

But in practice, I think it’s a mistake.

Why? As it turns out, social science confirms that shaming is an ineffective strategy for motivating moral behavior.

Bonus:

Of course, the responsibility for bigotry lies squarely on the shoulders of bigots, but it’s worth considering whether the language we use might influence whether whites see the future as one to be afraid of, or as an inclusive one in which equality benefits them too.

Chaser:

drawing the GOP as cartoon characters flattens and oversimplifies. Because it fails to acknowledge the right’s perspective, it limits the left’s ability to front more effective arguments.

Uhh the Press Secretary’s actual job is to engage voters in Wisconsin, Michigan, and PA. If she’s wasting time involving herself in twitter drama, that’s kind of the problem.

Unrelated question, how well did Bernie do in Michigan this year compared to 2016?

the situation in michigan in 16 was the same as the one in 20, you’re a very smart guy

also i refuse to believe that he lost every single county btw. go off till you’re blue in the face about this rigged primary as if it was evidence of anything

Was she wasting time doing that?

alex and wheatrich are definitely the type to think that this tweet

https://twitter.com/briebriejoy/status/1244789642777571328

was uncivil twitter drama that attacked kamala’s mom for dying of cancer

You’re right, by any objective metric he should have done better this year.

you’re pretty stupid man, i don’t know what to tell you

Can you imagine ragging on Bernie when Joe Biden is the nominee? Or going “scoreboard!” on election results in a country where Donald Trump is POTUS?

Watevs, on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being Trump landslide and 10 being Bernie somehow getting nom and winning, what # would you be if Biden wins?

No one is gloating or chanting “scoreboard,” and you are so sensitive to any criticism of Bernie’s campaign that you can’t see that. As if anyone in this entire forum has ever been on Team Biden.

At least one person was on team Biden, but I’m not going to call them out.

i’d say most everyone on this forum is just fine with the biden nomination because when it turned into a two-candidate race they gave up on the entire process and shrugged and said, what can we do

there is more pushback on this forum when you call biden a warmonger that lied about his iraq war vote than there is support for such a statement

every single warren supporter on this board is also a biden supporter
