Democratic Primaries 2020 - Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

Kinda looks like Bernie might steal some of that surprisingly large conspiracy base from Trump. Lots of the conspiritards loved Trump because how the establishment went after him ( although most of the shit they were saying was actually true )

But now they see the establishment going after Bernie, and it seems they like Bernies honesty and policies more than Trump.

So another constituency Bernie might steal. The crazies who are more anti-establishment than pro-racist that went for Trump in 2020

Heres the thread. They have all the wrong reasons obv but if they end up voting Bernie I’m fine with it lol

I wish Bernie could just name his VP candidate now. Naming Tulsi would be so disqualifying that I’d be onboard with the nomination being stolen from him. Thankfully, I don’t think it’s possible for Bernie to do anything that stupid.

Guessing wealthy white neolib.

From a pure economic standpoint student debt forgiveness seems like a fucking slam dunk case.

I have zero student debt. But if you give middle class young people a huge injection of cash they are going to spend the fuck out of it. My sister currently pays like 1,500 a month in student debt. That shit would go straight into the economy.

Not to mention that debt came in an extremely immoral and predatory way. 18 year old kids being told they had to go to college to get a good job and were allowed to give themselves 100k+ in debt. It’s completely fucked.

That said I’m pretty sure its low on Bernies list on priorities and not something even remotely feasible for him to get done. Thats something that will only happen if we get an electoral revolution 8+ years down the road after we get a large senate majority.

A fool and his money will soon be parted.

Why not?

I hope you are right. Just seeing a lot more of, he is a commie, coming from dems and never Bernie stuff. Probably spending to much time on twitter.

Be nice if he gets it if young people came out in force just in case, and i think they actually would.

This would solve everything imo

But I mean, c’mon… She did shoot herself in the foot with a desperate attempt to take down Bernie by accusing him of sexism and she’s still at it blaming him for his supporters’ behavior. Just terrible strategy advice by her advisers, but I get why everyone at some point or another resorts to smearing him because there’s really no good way to argue against his policies

President AOC being the youngest and first female president is gonna be fucking lit as fuck though.

Hopefully shes the one who will end up being able to pass most of these policies because by then we will have a decent senate majority!

LETS. FUCKING. GO.

One of the reasons why he did this is because he made a decent number of policy agreements with hilary to endorse her and therefor if she was elected he would still get a decent amount of his agenda worked on during her presidency. However with bloomer this is unlikely

Trump

Way off the mark.

College debt disproportionately hurts young minorities, both in the degree to which it hurts the ones that get saddled with it and the extent to which it discourages others from going to college and taking it on. That white people go to college at higher rates is more than offset by generational wealth. Also, I’ve never met a white person that said “welp, can’t go to college—too expensive” whereas that’s a very common sentiment in minority communities.

Chill dudes, free trade schooling would make a ton of people who are in otherwise deadend jobs soon to be replaced by robots to be allowed into some sort of tradesperson position and will be very good for the economy. State schools are really not super mega expensive so a lot of people who racked up $200k debt would have had this problem under the new system anyway. I suspect if you forgave like $20k in schooling debt per person that would wipe out like 90% of the problem. Change the rules to allow people with more to declare bankruptcy if they so desire. There you are, dude on a couch in florida figured this out for you in less than 5 minutes.

AOC is why I want Bernie to have a strong woman as VP that can navigate the BS from the MSM… :joy:
