This is a good article but its a lot of words to sum up the concept of failsons that is well understood on this forum. One takeaway from it for me is how pathological the hatred of these people is. Donnie Dumb Dumb has this really transparent desperation to by accepted and lauded by the very same cosmopolitan elites that he attacks. The same is almost certainly true of many of these shithole town land owner dudes. Imagine going to a party full of NY professionals where you have twice as much money as them but you tell them you got it by inheriting 17 McDonald’s franchises from your dad. Most of their hatred of liberal elites comes from knowing they’d be laughed at, not worshipped, for that.

The next time someone suggests a better way than mocking and derision to change people’s minds on stuff like this will be the first. It’s one thing if you have someone close to you that trusts and listens to you, but a completely different thing when it’s just a bunch of strangers.
Selfishly I’d like Garrison to live. Figuring out WTF is going on in any one of his cartoons flexes every last neuron in the brain, which is probably good for long term mental acuity.
If he lives and praises ivermectin for his miraculous recovery, people will die because of it. If he dies, it could save a few lives. I think the trolley problem is pretty clear on this one.
