COVID-19: Chapter 9 - OMGicron

Last year when they went back my daughter tested positive after only 3 days back. It’s so stupid, but at the same time all the social isolation is not healthy either. It’s a lose/lose situation. (Edit: actually it might have been a week back. Struggling to recall but it wasn’t long at all.)

Wheeeeeee

Am I correct that since my child is vaccinated they can return to school immediatley?

He is wrong. They do stop you from getting it. It’s just not 100% and regardless it limits it’s impact and likely the time and strength you can spread.

Of course a smart guy like mike knows all this.

Ha. Yeah, that’s a very confusing place for the “unless” clause.

Now there are only 4986 more radio hosts than radio listeners in 2021.

Seriously I was the hardest of hardcore radio listeners. I probably haf 16-18 hours a day for 25 years but I literally stopped listening to the radio in 2008.

How many right wing radio hosts have died this month? I legit can’t tell if there’s a different one every two days, or if I’m just seeing the same 3 or 4 people posted in multiple threads here and also in other places.

What are response times on a PCR test?

In principle, a few hours once your sample is in the lab, but in practice, 1-3 days. Big variability IME.

I mean, why even bother raising with AA when you don’t win every time?

The counter I saw was at 4. That was a more than a week ago. Gotta be 6 or 7?

Then there is this guy.

Just going to put a pin in this one. The article seems to infer sequencing but it also seems like maybe it’s just spreading in an unusual pattern in young people based on extreme lack of socially distancing.

How? Also, why?

it’s interesting to see the difference between that festival and lollapalooza that had very few documented cases.

It’s sturgis in the US.

Was this dude grifting? How does someone that insane become a CIA spy? Then again lots of people who have professional positions have fallen victim to the brain rot conspiracy theories.

It’s only been 3? Going off just this site I would have guessed like 10

I’m pretty sure you have to be a bit off to become a CIA spy in the first place
