I have no problem bribing holdouts to get vaccinated. Hopefully we’ll see more of these types of incentives.
Biden should get credit for not making the vaccine rollout the shit show that Trump would have made it and for at least trying to cool the temperature on masks, but I do find it somewhat amusing that the core of his high approval COVID response is basically USA#1 hoards the vaccines.

Yeah and none of my Trumpy Facebook friends moved an inch when I told them he said the vaccines are safe and that he wants them to get theirs.
They had low rates in their Indian counties and packed restaurants and theaters. YOLO.
It does seem a little dystopian. Also, masks affect communication pretty substantially, although I suppose public transport doesn’t really implicate a ton of communication.

Anyone know CVS ID requirements for vaccine. I am trying to get this guy vaccinated (he lives in group home) but his mother is worthless and allegedly he has no ID. I have been trying to figure out a way to help him get it done.
Big difference is that they opened up tourism while most places haven’t
Also, the Chinese vaccine just openly doesn’t work well.

I got my second dose at a CVS and had to show ID, but I assumed it was just to confirm that I was the person on the appointment. It was an out-of-state driver’s license. I’d be surprised if they’re at the “accepting walk-ins” stage yet won’t do anyone that comes in without an ID.

perhaps new plan should have been to tell everyone masks are a placebo, but they should wear it anyway.
I have a close family member who is overseas and in the middle of getting a Chinese vaccine, which he is waiting for before he travels back to the US.
Have you considered that maybe your “allergies” was actually just you catching a lot of colds?
