Welp just got my official layoff letter from MGM after being furloughed for 6 months. I think company wide they are laying off somewhere around 15,000 employees. I have like 12 weeks of $216/week unemployment left. Thanks Trump. Great leadership skills, asshole.

Obligatory IANAD but this is a little early to get a flu shot, I think. I think like 9/15 to 10/15 is optimal. It takes two weeks to kick in and then you want it to last all the way through the end of flu season. Obviously this does you no good, but just in case anyone else is thinking about it.
