I’m on team Fauci should resign and join Biden and say Trump is murdering Americans but I can understand the idea of him sticking around and doing his best to influence policy any way he can, and if thats what he’s doing this is probably his best play with schools. But he also does give cover for them to open schools so meh
He says the default position should be to reopen schools. Then for reasons he cites the nutritional needs of students and parents need to have the kids gone during work hours so that they can work.

So if a good vaccine came out in USA there is zero chance, even in certain states, that governments would mandate it be taken prior to being allowed to return to workplaces/send kids to school etc? In Australia I fully expect the government to force people to take it or rather wave a big stick at those who don’t.

I know several people that bartend out there each year. I haven’t talked to them this year. An artist burlesque dancer girl I know just sold different styled nipple pasties there for at least a few years and made a killing. But herd immunity is like 60-70%.

I could see that. I guess if someone wants to be a part of the fun, but riding a motorcycle across the country is a bit much, that would the be way to go.
