Two teams of British epidemiologists released studies over the weekend estimating that each infected person was spreading the disease to two or three other people. A team from Lancaster University projected that infections in Wuhan could explode to 190,000 cases by as early as next week.
Yeah, there are a couple of videos like this out there. I count at least 4 bodies in that one hallway of that one hospital. 50 fatalities so far my ass.

This is way more infectious than SARS. SARS was not transmissible during the incubation period.
Hong Kong has shut down all primary and secondary schools until at least February 17th.

I was just trying to compare it to some of the outbreaks that have caused major scares in my lifetime, and SARS was really the one I recall the most. It was a big deal.
There is nothing that has occurred in any of the lives of any of the posters on this forum that this can be compared to.
Seems like maybe that’s the case. But I’m waiting a little longer to panic since so much bullshit gets reported these days and turns out to be wrong and/or exaggerated.
