Similar things happen to other species.
This happens when no one gets to read the bill except leadership. No one in Congress should vote yes on a bill they weren’t allowed to read. This is us not having a democracy. We don’t elect decision makers, the Parties do. The people we vote for just do what they’re told.
Nothing should get voted on until the bills are made public as well so someone else can read them too and this tweet could happen before the vote.

In a sign of what at least one corporation expects the economy to look like, Disney has cancelled all contracts with performing groups at Epcot. Some of these contracts have lasted for 25 years and were not suspended during the Great Recession, or 9/11.
