At the start of her cross-examination, Daniels told defense attorney Susan Necheles that she does hate Donald Trump.
“Am I correct that you hate President Trump?” the attorney asked. “Yes,” she responded. When asked if she wants him to go to jail, Daniels responded that she wants him “held accountable.”

IANAL but I don’t think"going too far" is a valid reason for a mistrial.
Her. And the prosecution. She seems to be getting argumentative. Admitted she hates him and wants him in jail. Won’t pay what was court ordered etc. I don’t think any of that plays well for a jury. But also her testimony really isn’t central to the crime alleged, AFAIK.
