All the pundits saying less than 10% probability of anything other than probation and/or fine even if he wasn’t Trump because it’s non violent first time offence.

Uh, can they not weigh the impeachments and language and future threats? I think they’re very wrong that he’s going to be treated as a first time offender. It might be a light sentence (days) with a tonnnnnn of community service, but I think he won’t be treated as a first time offender.

Just realize, the judge who will impose the sentence hates Trump, and sentences are rarely appealable.
TV person said they could make him serve his sentence on weekends
