I think they just need to fix the gap in the schedule. I think that having games between one team that played 10 days ago and one team that hasn’t played in over a month presents a problem.
Just make the playoffs all during December, get rid of Conference Champ games, and have the National Championship game be in the Rose Bowl on Jan 1st every year

also, it’s funny how i used to root against every b1g team in bowls (bc fuck ‘em obviously), but now i want the b1g schools to do well except for osu.
the SEC coming back to earth last few years makes it pretty clear they were just cheating for the last 20 years and now that everyone can pay players there’s a lot less S-E-C chanting lol.
