EDIT: On the bright side, if we have to drop out of the NCAA tourney, weâll end up going at least four years without losing an NCAA tourney game while not actually being left out by the selection committee.

My traditionally bad news bears tennis team I captain made the playoffs in 2018, lost in a play-in match in 2019, and went undefeated in 2020. Thats my story and Iâm sticking to it, havenât missed the playoffs in going on 4 years.
The awful loss made the championship so much better. I canât say it was definitely âworth it,â but it certainly made 2019 sweeter.
Really hoping the tournament can stay on the rails with Covid issues. Would really suck to get to the Sweet 16 and have 2-3 teams advance due to forfeit.
Too bad that game should be wiped from the books after UVA tried to wage a bio attack upon Cuse.

Someone that likes orange and used to post here a lot has a good suggestion.
All teams get to their hotels, push back the games a few days and play ever other day until down to 4.
So working it out it might go something like:
So play in games this fri-sat and then regionals 1&2 plays su-tu-th-sa and regionals 3&4 plays m-w-f-su.
You could also bubble a little longer and then just go every other day right into the final four. But a minimum 6 day quarantine should be sufficient with testing?
Then the final 4 teams stay in quarantine and the traditional sat/mon last weekend.
