It’s funny, I haven’t watched a game of college basketball all year. I read one article and almost wanted to put a bet on Purdue before the tournament to win it all. Of course I didn’t. The good news is they probably won’t win it all.

What Purdue’s doing is not basketball. The ogre half nelsons people out of every play and somehow he’s shooting 20+ free throws and never gets whistled. It really comes down to which side the mafia money is on and I think it’s on Uconn. Confirmation coming when Lurch fouls out in five minutes against them.

Actually I’m changing my vote and hoping Purdue wins it now. A lot of people have a lot riding on UConn and the rustling could reach peak levels when the cheater throws their players like rag dolls and shoots 30 FTs. Vamos Boilers!

I think they have a better chance of missing the tournament than making a Final Four, but I’m not sure Cow even makes it that far. They play Duke in the Champions Classic on Nov 12. Given how bad they’ve looked in many of those games the previous years, it’s not hard to imagine they get cooked again by the top-rated freshman class (and their most-hated rival). If Flagg gives them 40/20 and Duke’s freshmen look dangerous and competent, what’s this fraud going to say then?

And it’s this? This seems pretty textbook. Screener is never set, has a very wide stance and throws a forearm pushoff.

I didn’t see it until you posted it and yeah, unless there’s something I’m missing that is a foul every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Sucks that it happened with 4 seconds left, but you can’t do that.

They didn’t show much of this angle, if at all, during the broadcast. They showed an angle that gave the appearance of much less movement on the part of the offensive player.
