Climate Change and the Environment

I can understand someone freezing in the moment there.

Super crazy and sad. House was well framed though. The ridge line didn’t even budge as it tipped into water.

Reading all these articles from various sources it feels like watching Titanic for the x-th time and hoping it wont hit the iceberg this time.

Icebergs are a hoax!

“Dad, what’s an iceberg?”

I’ve never actually seen one with my own eyes. Have you? Makes you think.

If anyone is gonna teach my son about icebergs, it should be ME. Not some socialist, CRT brainwash academy.

Corbitt Wall, a cattle analyst with National Beef Wire who works out of Amarillo, Texas, said he heard from two non-media sources about the extent of the Kansas losses. He noted there was frustration that despite such extensive losses, the futures market fell Monday.

The real tragedy.

So it turns out it’s not going to be the Dems who make us stop eating beef, after all. It’s going to be conservative climate deniers letting all the cattle die.

That’s bad but record is 18 consecutive days over 110 F. June 12-29, 1974. I was a kid. We had a swamp cooler, no AC.

Ok Grandpa.

You young kids, man. I don’t clearly remember the record thing. I do remember when we got a house with AC. 1980. It was pretty great. Now I have a crappy window AC I probably won’t bother to turn on unless I have to do some cooking. I’d rather have the swamp cooler.

Man I’m a huge pessimist on climate change but even I thought wildfires in the Mid-Atlantic were at least 30 years away.
