Cannabis: Now Cheap and Legal Everywhere*

How come you don’t smoke anymore?

I went to see a therapist once for several reasons, one being that I was smoking way too much to cope with other stuff and she told me to keep smoking, lol. Probably bad advice but it makes me laugh whenever I think about it.

My friends and I have switched to a delivery service called Eaze because their prices are lower than most dispensaries we’ve been to and it’s obviously much more convenient but they’ve been doing pretty shady processing stuff that reminds me of when you would buy “golf balls” from FTP. The last time I used a credit card the transaction just said “Health Boutique Store” and then they were suddenly cash only. My wife got a delivery yesterday and they could only process debit transactions and for some reason added $3 to her total then gave her the $3 in cash.

The dispensaries I’ve visited in MA and Vegas were debit only for non-cash payment.

Feel like I’ve used a CC at Reef in Vegas but maybe it was a debit card

lmao

Here everything is cash only at the dispensaries. Which is a pain in the ass. Also it always makes me buy more than I really want to because I’ll think about how I don’t want to deal with getting cash next time. As a result I have a weed buffet going at my house of about 20 half smoked eighths each of a different strain. It’s completely ridiculous.

What has helped me over the years is cutting down to 2 hit sessions. Still feel good without getting so high the paranoia kicks in.

Good to hear. It took a long time to realize less is more for me at least. Definitely chronicle the grow op. I am licensed to legally grow several plants where I live and I have been considering starting my own outdoor grow up in the spring. The climate where I live should be decent for it.

Sick.

$50 5-gallon dwc kit
kind led 750
5x5 gorrila grow tent
air filter and and inline fan (it’s stinky!)
lotus nutrients
seeds online
4 dead sisters because of underfeeding and overfeeding or other stuff idk; all rookie mistakes

for food it’s just https://lotusnutrients.com/

planted the seed on 11/4
transferred it to the dwc on 11/9
started 12/12 light cycle on 12/21

i waited too long to do lst and ended up accidentally topping the plant at like 7 nodes, but it seems to be still alive. next time i’m gonna go wild on the lst and coil it around like a bonsai tree.

I’m a little surprised at the THC content of CBD products in CBD-only states.

Squibs (a gummy edible featured in the Netflix series ROTTEN as one of the best products available) has anywhere between 1mg to 10mg depending on size with something like a 4:1 ratio of CBD to THC. That will get all but hardcore users baked out of your damn mind.

Then there are subluminal mouth drops that have a 4:1:1 of CBD:CBG:THC with about 2mg THC per drop at $100 for 30 servings/drops. All without having to smoke/vape or eat anything.

Those prices are a bit ridiculous compared to legal recreational prices for THC, but otherwise wow. I would have thought everything would be isolate (0% THC), but a lot of places sell full spectrum products that simply have low amounts of THC.

I guess this is essentially a marijuana tax for states that have yet to legalize recreational products.

We used to call that The Fear.

Wait why in the hell are you doing a drug that makes you feel that way?
