Yeah palmertrolls is one of those guys who sued his friends multiple times on courttv show. I follow him on tiktok. A lot of his trolling is on Facebook so I support him fully.

Oh man, Jerry was the king of TV for 90ās kids skipping school. It was a simpler time; you could have a TV show where you just bring a bunch of Nazi freaks on stage to get jeered like a carnival sideshow act. It was probably one of many things that put us on a glide path to Trumpās brand of lowest-common-denominator, bread-and-circus politics.

I remember Jerry Springer as a news anchor before his talk show. I went to an event for high school students hosted by him on local TV.
I never minded Springer. Unlike Mauri and his ilk you always knew Springer was in on the gag. Also his closing monologues showed he cared. He was just too intelligent to realize it mattered and therefore made as much as he could.

His show was more serious when it first started, but drifted into being a freak show to avoid cancellation. If heād come around later, he could have fit in on cable news as a less smug Keith Olbermann.
I do actually confuse Springer with Downey, which is too bad because Downey was a ligitimate piece of shit whose show was sometimes frightning.
Like I remember that Downey was a smoking advocade who reccomended the practice to children. And that wasnāt even one of his worst qualities!
Morton Downey Jr was always on in my college dorm lounge, that and headbangers ball.
Itās weird people are giving Springer a pass. It seems like an obvious line can be drawn from his type of show to Qanon.
His show was aggressively anti-intellectual and anti-reality.
