Nah, he is racist for not supporting Obama.
Not everyone is, of course. But he doesn’t understand any of Obama’s policies or the world well enough to form an actual opinion on them based on anything other than bias.
It is possible he’s not racist but he’s taking his talking points from neighbors and media figures who are at least advertising to an audience that is largely racist.
But come on he’s racist and that’s a good percentage of why he dislikes Obama. And if you ask well why would he hate Biden or Clinton then, it’s because they don’t hate the BLACKS like they should so it’s still racism.

Most hatred of Obama from the right starts in racism and more thoughtful people in that group then move onto more detailed, often valid criticisms that the left also has. That’s how people can be right-wing, hate Obama and avoid being called racist.
