bought some btc puts at close as a proxy bet on kamala
Shorting DJT seems pretty strong right now, especially after its little runup if you think Kamala is going to win. The stock shaved off 15% will basically no decrease to Trumps betting market. That stock is in fragile territory for sure. And it’s shit in the longrun even if trump wins.
looked into that they are super expensive, $9.50 for 1 0dte contract, if DJT goes down 25% you break even, if it drops 50% you double your money. of course it could easily drop by 50% if he loses but i didnt wanna pay that premium
I’m buying some Kamala in Georgia in expectation of a bump from the more blue-tilted early returns, planning to dump it immediately.
Also if FL results come in and look terrible and this causes an overall drop for Kamala’s odds, I’m planning to use that as an opportunity to get into the market.

I will have lost about 6 grand I think, most of which was unloading on Georgia when it was at insane prices, none of which I regret. Most of the stuff I bet deadball will win because it was short priced stuff like No on Trump to win a solid blue state.
Tough to win when all your bets have to be pro-Harris because the market is rabidly pro-Trump and then she goes ahead and wins nothing.
