I still haven’t been able to withdraw my presidential bet winnings (~35k€) on Betfair exchange. My account was suspended for one year on 21st November god knows why, they can’t or won’t tell me. I created an account just for the presidential elections and made 5 bets total, never bet there before that.
I have chatted with “customer service” at least twice a week, it’s the only channel of communication because they won’t answer my emails. I’ve sent them bank statements for several accounts and then they say my IBANs are invalid or some other bullshit. They can’t open my account for one minute so I could withdraw the money myself. Today I tried to withdraw to Paypal, let’s see what happens, won’t hold my breath.
I must escalate this but how and to where? It really seems like they are doing this on purpose for some fucking reason, I really doubt people can be that incompetent in their jobs. 
Some people may have had success using social media to escalate an issue and turn it into a PR problem.
I had a dispute with BetOnline over election betting and I was able to file a claim at SBR and they were able to get in touch with management to get it sorted out. It helped my case that they had BOL as one of their top rated A+ books, I think. But you really have to be able to somehow get in touch with upper management, dealing with the underlings goes nowhere. Some of these books also have top management/PR guys that you can tweet at and get their attention. But definitely file a claim with SBR and see if that helps.
