Bailout / Stimulus Discussion (Hints Missed & Shartz Fired)

That’s exactly where I’m at. My 2019 taxes were filed before March 15 but I am setup as a corporation so they are more complex than a 1040. So maybe 2019 hasn’t been processed?

I don’t know what this means and I’m pretty good with words. I think it means Absolutely Nothing

I. Your lender is called Fountainhead
2. They are slow as crap internally.
3. They are passing the buck.

Hopefully it works out and you get funded soon. Just don’t understand how some banks/lenders process apps in hours and others in weeks.

I do wish the original allocation had the same guides on it to help smaller institutions that they have now.

In hindsight they should have made all these places report applications completed / and applications funded. I do not know. Just grasping at straws. The process was fairly flawed. But it could have been worse.

My bank internally approved every application that had appropriate documentation within 4 hours of receipt. We have gotten SBA approval for every single applicant we internally approved. The SBA site has been overloaded at times but we had round the clock input and eventually got everyone through.

For huge organizations like Chase or Wells our approach is probably not practical, but smaller banks should be able to get this done.

Our application went in April 9 and I got that email yesterday so yeah things seem to be going swell

Signed loan docs and received PPP money today. Applied early last week right before the first round of money ran out. Self employed and used 2019 Schedule C as supporting doc and to calculate amount of loan. Used a local credit union and they were phenomenal. The lender called almost everyday to give updates.

Also got the EIDL advance of 1k deposited yesterday. Applied on April 3rd. There is hope, more people I know are having money show up everyday.

This sucks, I’m really sorry to hear it.

Not US bail out related but I work with people who have been redeployed to processing stimulus packages in Australia. They say incidence of fraud and identity theft are rampant in people cashing out their superannuation (401k equivalent) early to bank accounts that aren’t theirs. Anyone heard anything like this in USA? A certain criminal class always seems to thrive during crisis.

I applies for EIDL on April 11th and havent heard anything,

I couldn’t find any local banks doing PPP so I applied through Paypal. Denied due to poor credit score.

Applied through Kabbage Tuesday and got an email this morning saying I was approved.

Also got an email saying my stimulus check would be mailed May 1.

So I got that going for me, which is nice.

Chase has informed me that my PPP is approved and money will be deposited within three business days. I’ll believe it when I see it, but it’s hard to imagine this is a fuckup. Shut up, narrator.

Narrator: It was true, sort of. They accidentally deposited 300 million dollars into his account, which triggered a series of events, most unfortunate, that would take some twenty plus years to untangle.

Hard to imagine a scenario where he gets 300M deposited into his account and fights about it for 20 years and doesn’t come out massively ahead.

We have had several clients approved on Kabbage.

Very fast turn around

If you still haven’t received bailout money it’s another option for you.

Moms got her stimulus despite me claiming her as a dependent in 2019. I had entered her info into the website like 10 days ago and entered her bank account info.

I was checking the website every day and it never told me it was coming, just that they’d let me know a date when they knew. Then today it dropped in her bank account. I even checked the site this morning.

Edit: I just checked the site and it still says this lol

You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page.

Haven’t received my stimulus payment yet. It’s now been a business week since I was able to enter my bank info. I’m not hard-up or anything (though it will certainly help), it would just be nice to get the money and not have to think about it anymore.

For us it’s the opposite issue- said it would be deposited 4/30 and not here yet.

I got mine this week, about 3 weeks after entering payment info.

Shit after navigating all the BS to finely receive a payment date and then not have it deposited must be infuriating. Especially if you could use the cash right now.

I saw somewhere that they update system weekly on Saturday. If you entered info last week or before Tuesday of this week you should be able to see an expected deposit date now.
