On December 21, NASA reported Ingenuity’s 69th flight was also its farthest, according to its flight log—over 135 seconds, the four-pound, 19-inch-tall helicopter traveled roughly 2,315 feet at a speed of nearly 22.5 mph, beating its previous distance of about 2,310 feet achieved in April 2022.
NASA continues to under-promise and over-deliver on Mars.

The stuff we saw before was material in the capsule but outside the sample cannister. It took them months to figure out how to open the sucker. Two giant unstuck screws for mankind.

Elon may be a jackass but it’s still cool to see SpaceX is just churning these behemoths out like it’s nothing. 99 engines between these 3 completed boosters.
That’s way creepier than a solar eclipse on Earth.
