the funniest thing is black hawk rhymes with black codk, you’re welcome algorithm
- What would Trump be broadcasting if this happened a month ago?
- Just how high are your expectations for Democrats of prominence?
- Do you expect the people who assign blame in this case to believe in facts?
I could see him saying it would never have happened if he was president.
A number of folks from US Figure Skating were on the flight. Sounds like perhaps younger development program skaters (and coaches).
It will all be blamed on DEI and immigrants within hours and at least half the Dems will vote to pass the US Figure Skating Safety Act allowing execution on sight of trans people or suspected immigrants. Jake Tapper will furiously interview GOP dudes with his brow perfectly furrowed while he attempts marble mouthed gotchas. Pos Save America will have a 107 episode debate about what this means for America while hawking MeUndies every 15 minutes.
In all seriousness it seems enormously obvious this was intentional by the blackhawk pilot. Doing this on purpose at a perpendictular angle is probably hard. Doing it when you are trying to not do it in 3d space where you can miss in litetally every conceivable direction(especially when you consider this aircraft almost certainly wasn’t supposed to be there) is nearly mathematically impossible.
Enormously obvious that the helicopter purposely suicided into the plane? That is not at all obvious to me, and instead it seems enormously obvious to me that the helicopter misidentified the traffic advisory and was visually separating from the wrong aircraft with catastrophic results.
If it was in the airspace of the airport the air traffic controller tells the chopper to adjust its height and the chopper has to do so.
If it’s not in range then the air traffic controller should advise and the helicopter to adjust height up or down.
Being night time the helicopter will have its own radar or it shouldn’t be flying at night, but my sister is a pilot and it’s kind of surprising these don’t happen more often as most helicopters don’t have radar and good luck always spotting a plane coming toward you as fast as planes travel and taking the right course to avoid.
We don’t know shit at this point. Suggest the powder be kept dry. I don’t even want to entertain an intentional act unless there is a specific reason. I don’t see a scenario where the plane made an error but the helicopter and/or air traffic control-something went horribly wrong.
Idk who this Duffy is. I want Pete. Just a horrible fucking tragedy with a toddler in charge of the whole government.
Odds are that it was just a horrific accident and the fact that imbeciles are now in charge had nothing to do with it.
There is no evidence this is political. That’s crazy talk at this point.
Anyone proclaiming they know the cause of an air accident within 12 hours is telling you one thing. They know nothing about aviation.
It’s like 99% percent it will end up being a “swish cheese” situation as almost all air accidents are. Several things have to go perfectly wrong for an accident like this to happen. That’s why air travel is so safe.
Of ffs, this wasn’t an assassination, this was an accident. But go ahead spend your week going over the passenger lists looking for targets. You don’t happen to remember the temperature steel melts at do you?
My first instinct is to blame the cops, but I don’t know anything about air traffic control, I’ll wait to see what the FAA says about it.
About the FAA, they stopped being technical and started being REAL.
It’s not impossible, but it is a very low probability. There are hundreds of other causes that are more likely. As I said earlier, it will likely turn out to be a combination of causes, as this is the finding of most accident investigations.
My sister got trained in Europe to become a helicopter pilot and subsequently had to take courses and exams in the US and Canada to be licensed to fly there while she was looking for work so she did.
She found the exams and training in Europe to be much harder and thorough. Said US were extremely easy and Canada was about halfway in between.
I notice you’ve watched a lot of Mayday.
The initial instincts are often correct, but you are right in that there cannot be certainty.
I’m obsessed with air accidents. I’ve seen every episode of mayday, watch multiple aviation YouTube channels and have read tons of books.
All that tells me it’s impossible to know the cause of an accident this soon with certainty.
Yeah if you learned to pilot in USA or Canada you are not a real pilot
