I thought Succession was a fun watch and pretty funny, but nowhere near so so good level.
Basically my rules as well. I may have made a mistake and voted on rep once or twice but otherwise if didn’t see didn’t vote and if I only saw one and didn’t like I didn’t vote.
I have rewatched the wire multiple times but never mad men. Think I voted mad men though. At its place and time was an elite show.
Voting if you haven’t seen both seems bonkers to me. Even more bonkers is voting for one if you like it, but not voting against it if you didn’t.

Shucks, I got here 20 minutes after the polls closed. FWIW I would have voted Succession into the next round (and I’d have been too scared to choose between Sopranos and Breaking Bad.)

Yeah I just finished a Mad Men rewatch, and it made me appreciate the show even more, but it can be pretty heavy… slow binging (watching one ep almost every night) for weeks was definitely having a negative effect on my mood…
to follow up on this, bc we’re all so invested, we can auto-advance the 2 winners with the most number of votes this round (The Simpsons and The Wire).
then put these 4 who tied randomly up against the other 4 winners this round (IASIP, Arrested Development, Deadwood, and GoT) and play that group down to 2 to face The Simpsons and The Wire in the final 4.
think the math is correct.
