It creates an incentive for criminals to hold each other back from commiting murder when they commit crimes together that have the potential to go sideways. If a group decides to beat up some dude, then maybe they stop someone from going to far or pulling out a gun.
In before President Trump pardons these fine upstanding fellows.

Their interview transcripts were used in the cross of the shooter so yeah I think so. All I’m saying is they basically confessed to the false imprisonment charge on the day of the shooting and that’s all the prosecution really needs to prove and they’re guilty of felony murder.

Life sentence for everyone, can be with or without parole. Eligible for parole in 25 years if they’re sentenced to life with the possibility of parole.
The sentences run concurrently.

Not even @SweetSummerChild is optimistic enough to think that she will do jail time. Absolute worst case is disbarment.
If it sounds ridiculous to say that chasing someone down while armed is an act of self-defense, and then to claim you had to shoot the person you were chasing, because they tried to defend themselves, recall that this was precisely the conclusion the local authorities initially reached.

The point on Twitter is valid. A fatal flaw that liberals have is that they engage in bad faith deplorable bullshit and spend a lot of time refuting nonsense. That time and effort would be better spent organizing a functioning society and wresting power from fascists. But liberals cannot resist the little dopamine hit that comes every time they “dunk” on a conservative for the stupid shit they say. Russian trolls of course feed this behavior pattern.

I didn’t say that, I said that lots of people waste time dunking on conservatives on Twitter because it’s easy, instead of putting in time and effort to do real work. That doesn’t mean it’s the only reason people don’t organize, of course.
